These terms govern your use of Klik's services. By messaging us, placing an order, or using klik.co.ke you agree to them. Klik Studio Ltd is the operating entity, registered in Kenya.
What we do
Klik acts as your agent for digital errands — KRA filings and PIN applications, Good Conduct certificates, business name registration, CV writing, design work, and other government and document tasks listed on our site. We are not a government body and do not control how long any official portal takes to respond.
Quotes and payment
- We send a flat quote on WhatsApp before starting any work.
- Payment is made via M-Pesa once you confirm the quote.
- Government fees, courier charges and similar pass-through costs are quoted separately where they apply.
- Prices on the site are indicative; the binding price is the one we send on WhatsApp.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and clear copies of any required documents.
- You confirm you are legally entitled to instruct us on every document you send.
- You will not use Klik to submit false information to any government body or third party.
Turnaround times
We work as fast as the relevant portal, office or counterparty allows. "Same day" and similar promises depend on you sending complete information during business hours (Mon–Sat, 8am–8pm). Delays caused by government downtime, missing documents or third parties are outside our control.
Limits of liability
We take care to do every job right, but Klik's total liability for any single job is capped at the fee you paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes that depend on a government body's discretion (e.g. visa decisions, tender awards).
Cancellation
You can cancel a job before we have started the actual work and receive a full refund. Once work has begun, refunds are handled under our Refunds Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Nairobi.
