Klik Studio Ltd ("Klik", "we", "us") operates klik.co.ke and provides a digital help desk over WhatsApp for KRA services, Good Conduct, business registration, CVs, design and government portal errands. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

  • Contact details — name, phone number, email when you message us or submit an order.
  • Job information — copies of IDs, KRA PINs, P9 forms, photos, business details and any document you send us to complete a task you've asked us to handle.
  • Payment metadata — M-Pesa transaction reference and amount. We do not store your M-Pesa PIN or card details.
  • Site usage — pages visited, device type, approximate location. Collected via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics in aggregate.

Why we collect it

  • To deliver the specific service you've asked us for.
  • To send you the result, receipts and status updates over WhatsApp or email.
  • To improve the site and respond to support questions.
  • To comply with Kenyan tax, anti-fraud and record-keeping laws.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with the parties needed to complete your job — for example, KRA's iTax portal, the Directorate of Criminal Investigations, the Business Registration Service, or the courier we use for physical pickups. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Sensitive copies (IDs, P9s, certificates) are deleted from our devices and chat history within 30 days of delivery, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. tax records). Aggregate analytics may be retained longer in anonymised form.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep the site running and to measure traffic. You can decline non-essential cookies via the banner and still use the site normally.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, message us on WhatsApp at 0700 246 481 or email hello@klik.co.ke.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
